The service I received was amazing. The quality of care given by Dr. Rhodes-Gayles was the best I even had. She was detailed and compassionate. I would recommend her to everyone. Also the staff was professional, kind and friendly.

This dentist did a temporary crown on my tooth. She had me waiting 2hours for my first visit before I even received service. Then she stated that I should see specialist for a root canal after , so when I went back to get my permanent crown she refused and now she won’t return the funds to my insurance I can go somewhere else. I’m going to expose her on every social media platform!!

I have been searching for a good Dentist since relocating to Chicago. Had a lot of issues with my prior chain dentist, but choosing to change my doctor has been the best decision I’ve made. My first appointment was on a Friday, but scheduling a new patient appointment was so simple and easy. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly. My cleaning was phenomenal and very thorough. She also conducted my X-rays which did take a while, but it was because of how thorough she was which I didn’t mind at all. To top it off, the doctor was very detailed when I asked questions and patient with me. I am very grateful to have found this practice and excited to return. 5 stars honestly fails to be a true testament of the services I received.

I don't think the dentist is up to date. They are still using x-ray machine from the 70s. imagine is not the greatest. The hygienists on the other hand are great. but the equipment is not given to them. They have no assistant no sink to wash your mouth. The dentist has an attitude. The receptionist has a pleasant attitude. Very professional good demeanor. I don't know how the dentist is given 5 stars.

Dr. Rhodes-Gayles is a great dentist. She values her time, and yours, so there is no over booking. She is thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She explains procedures clearly and is open to all questions. Trina is great. High level of customer service and very professional. High rankings for the entire staff!
