Timberland Dental

I have to Rant!!!! I called Timberland Dental - Hayden Smith, DDS Dental in Camden on November 11th to make an appointment. My appointment was today at 1:15. I drove nearly 2 hrs for this appointment. When I got there she said they didn't have my correct # so they couldn't call to confirm the appointment. She said I had to reschedule. I told her I'm not coming back. I wasted my whole morning. Mind you I worked 12 hrs last night then drove all the way over here. I have recommended this place to several people in the past. .. not again!!!! I'm done with them. Why do you need to confirm?! I didn't call and cancel!!! I called and made the appointment!!!!! Ok.... I'm done .... Now to Eldorado. Then back home!!!!!

I called on November 13th, asked if they were taking new patients, gave my insurance information, was told yes they were taking new patients, and yes they accepted my insurance, and given an appointment for November 20th. Was called back on November 19th after I had already taken off work for my appointment only to be told they were not taking new patients with my insurance at this time! Very disappointed especially seeing as it is now the week before Thanksgiving and I am sure not to get another appointment anywhere else until well after Thanksgiving I'm sure!

Very professional communication skills and the wisdom tooth Hayden pulled went very smoothly with no pain. Would definitely recommend this place

They were very patient and gentle during my tooth extraction. I really appreciated how they took their time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

I have always had problems with dentists hurting my mouth in camden.i decided to go out of town to get my mouth worked on.i had to have a xray to take to the dental surgeon out of town. So I went to timberland dental for the xray when DR.Hayden examined my mouth he told me he could do the work not to worry he was going to take good care of me.and he done just that.he didn't hurt me at all he was very gentle and nice caring about everything he done i didn't get that from alot of dentists around camden and he has the most wonderful staff there very friendly and nice I have done my last surgical removal of some tooth today out of the three days I've done this he was the best. If you have alot of work needed to be done please go there he care about you and how you are feeling he always asking
