Timber Kids Dentistry - Klamath Falls

I was nervous bringing my kids here after reading negative experiences in a mom’s group but was pleasantly surprised. All the staff are amazing and patient. Clean beautiful, office. Front desk ladies are so nice. Dr. Yang was awesome and took the time to answer my questions. Overall, a really great experience for somewhere in Klamath Falls

I brought my daughter to the clinic at the scheduled appointment time, only to be told that the appointment had been changed without any prior notification. During the discussion, I was given multiple contradictory explanations: that the appointment was not for that day, that I had called to change it (which I did not), that a message was sent (which I never received), and finally that my phone number was entered incorrectly by the clinic. Despite this being an internal administrative error, the front desk staff raised her voice and threatened to contact management and insurance, which was unprofessional and unnecessary. I did not request cancellation of my future appointment and expect better communication and professionalism moving forward—especially in a pediatric clinic.

The dentist is great. It's the staff that's frustrating to deal with. Two of the ladies at the front desk to be specific. Awwwful customer service, snarky, and rude...unfortunately. Has happened multiple times. You would think for a kids dental office, the people in there would be more friendly!

I wish this place was just as good as Medfords Timber kids, it’s not fair that I have to drive my 6 year old to Medford at 4am to get there for our 630am appointment because Klamath doesn’t have the proper dental team. I really hope they figure that out one day.

We have taken all three of our children to Timber kids for years. We absolutely love the staff and Doctors all around. They have always been great with the kiddos in a way that makes it a low stress environment for all. Thank you Timber for all the great work!
