Went to this doctor once in an attempt to get a prescription for a medication. He belittled me and said it's "not what the medication is for". I also asked about getting my tube's tied. He told me "what if you meet a man you want to have children with" knowing full well I was already married to someone else who doesn't want children. Oh, and he also told me not to lift weights because it would be bad for my bones (patently untrue. Lifting weights helps prevent osteoporosis in women). If you were assigned this doctor by your health insurance like I was, call to get it changed. Thank goodness I did because I was diagnosed with a tumor in January. Avoid. I called to establish as a new patient. I was told to email the office with copy of my medical insurance card. One month has passed and I have not been contacted. I sent a 2nd email after 3 weeks and was not contacted. If you can't get your house in order, I can only image the rest of the business, which is medical care. Kinda important, don't you think, Doctor?

Dr. Tim Gurtch, is a excellent doctor. He has wisdom from all the years he’s practice other doctors don’t have. He helped my mother-in-law for many years before my family began with him. We sure do miss his office manager Veronica she rang that office like a tight ship.

Every interaction with this office has been negative. I don’t have anything to say about the doctors because we have never made it past scheduling but the front office staff is absolutely horrendous. Weeks ago I called to make an appointment for my boyfriend. They took down his insurance information and said that they would call to schedule once they verified his insurance. After weeks of failed attempts to reach their office, he finally got a hold of someone and they scheduled him an appointment. Well, day of the appointment came and they leave a message letting him know that he scheduled with the wrong doctor. First of all, I thought the whole point of you taking down his information ahead of time was to verify the insurance. Second, if you actually verified the insurance, you would know

Do not come to this office. As the other reviews will tell you, you are likely to not receive any service whatsoever. I came in for a routine check up, and to get a referral for other work. Upon taking my vitals the nurse discovered my blood pressure was unusually high. This was missed entirely by the doctor on the assumption I was too young to be having any issues. When I pointed it out, there was concern, but to ignore vitals entirely until they are pointed out is a bit of a concerning practice. Youth is not an indicator of health and I would expect a medical professional to understand that.
