Tim Dare PA-C - Urgent Care of Sandfly

The receptionist very unprofessional wanting to charge a card for a read up that you went in on yesterday about I went in on yesterday and went back the next day to get a reading on some x-rays because the person that does x-rays was not there and they tried to charge me $40 again just to read and x-ray to me that they had already done very unprofessional. You cannot get back to anybody and all they do is give you whatever it is they’re gonna give you don’t tell you don’t try to refer you or anything it’s all about money with urgent care and I will never ever in my life. Go back to one.

The front desk rep and the nurse or physician assistant were marvelous. The actual doctor asked me to pick a pharmacy to send my prescription to. I pick one, go there and wait for 20min because they couldn't find it in the system. Then was told it was sent somewhere else once it was finally was ready. Very in convenient. Clear communication would be helpful. If there is going to be a wait time inform your clients. Saying "all done" and just walking out the room is sad customer service. I won't be back. You get paid for what you do act like it please.

The care provided by Dr. Dare was absolutely first class. He was extremely thoughtful and his prescribed drug regimen has worked to alleviate a painful reaction to Fire Ant bites. The support staff were also excellent. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

Dr. Tim Dare was amazing! He treated my family like his family. He gave my two year old son a popsicle and destracted him from all pain during the experence after he cut his head open (playing to rough). I would 100% recomend going to Urgent Care of Sandfly. 10 STARS :)

Wow - Love these people. Quick background first. I am old school ( 62 years old )Southcoast Medical guy for 10 plue years. Came here for a quick visit prior to an overseas trip. What a differance . Felt like a VIP private clinic. Nowhere like sitting in Southcoast for 1 hour of hell prior to a rushed visit. Urgant Care folks were so kind and professional. Cost a bit more for St Joes co pay by only $ 15 / visit but the 15 minute in to out paid for it in a 5 star clinic . Changing doctors now. Goodbye Sothcoast !
