Tiffany Pediatrics - Aiken

Tiffany Pediatrics is the best! We have seen Dr. Tiffany for 15 years now and he is professional, knowledgeable, caring and very dedicated. My daughter absolutely loves Melanie as well! She is super sweet, knowledgeable and listens. The office staff is caring and professional as well.

Grandson has eye condition and was to be referred to a specialist. We have called numerous times with no response. He went in for another scheduled appointment and brought it up again. Was told they would have the person that handles the referral to check and call back. We waited for 10 days as suggested and have called four times since and still no response. In all my years, I have never had medical personnel so lacking in their profession and definitely lacking in their concerns for children.

Absolutely the best pediatric group in the CSRA! We’ve been coming to Dr. Tiffany since moving in 2007 so our kids have grown up under Dr. Tiffany’s watchful care. Dr. Tiffany, Dr. Syed and the entire Tiffany Pediatric team are excellent. We love the personal attention, being treated like family and the extended hours, walk-in sick time slots and flexibility. They’ve handled the COVID-19 pandemic smoothly and make it so easy to get an appointment whenever needed. The new office building is lovely and always easy for front parking, etc. Whether you have an infant or teenager, our family highly recommends!!

December 2024 Dr Quattlebaum diagnosed my daughter with an ear infection and told us nothing to worry about we requested that she tested for RSV and we ended up in AU children’s er to find out Gracie had RSV not an ear infection our request was ignored by your staff received a phone call from the office this morning letting us know the results of Gracelyn’s bloodwork and we specifically requested that with this bloodwork that her A1c blood glucose levels be checked to only find out today they were not checked but was told her white blood cell count was elevated but supposedly not enough to worry about what!!! Why aren’t your staff doing another work up to determine why her white blood cells are elevated a lot of parents would just set back and trust what you as supposed to be drs says well

Our 2 youngest was seen with them up until 2022 and the patient care was on point, we had same day sick appointments and if we needed vaccinations the wait was no longer than 2 weeks, however we have been trying to get their medical records since MAY 2022.we have been through 3 different pediatricians and sent records requests (2) times with each. Finally got one child’s request and the other one still has not been sent. I only recommend them if you plan to keep your children here until they max out age requirement.
