NORFOLK OFFICE REVIEW - We usually go to the suffolk location, but they didn’t have any times available for a sick appointment, so we drove out to Norfolk to see CPNP Miller for cold related symptoms lasting over a month and worsening cough. She was dismissive from the start, was short and said “it’s allergies” which I knew was not the case, and hinted that I was just trying to get antibiotics. Bedside manner was poor, and it was not in-depth. Trusted my gut and called another doc to get a second opinion the next day and they confirmed he was only able to use about 60% of his lung capacity, needed new meds and had bronchitis! How they missed that is not acceptable. And to be clear it was CHKD harbor view that correctly diagnosed him… so this office is an exception, hopefully!

Many times they will make you wait for even an hour to see the doctor but even for first time in many years of visit if you come late for an appointment due to valid reason for delay with newborn you will be asked to reschedule. Attitude of the front desk staff(not all) in the way they communicate is so frustrating as well.

Our doctor is always wonderful but you would think after the countless 1 star reviews for how they handle their incoming calls it would be taken care of? How have I been the first in line to be answered but have been waiting for 12 minutes without speaking to anyone. Also the women at the front desk have never been really welcoming, they always just blurt out “last name“ even if you greet them first kindly. My son has been going here since his newborn appt so this is our experience thru the years

This practice is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL office I’ve ever been to. Aside from June the office manager making a joke about me having Lupus and laughing about it she also speaks over you and doesn’t take accountability. I took my children elsewhere because I don’t trust someone like that either my children. The wait time is ridiculous at this office also. I would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone to go here. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Rude as heck when you call and will put you on hold after hold before you even get to speak to someone. They woo also require you to come in just to fill out paperwork and make an appointment in person, thus requiring you take off work just to book an appointment FOUR MONTHS AWAY!!! Ludicrous! Had I known it was going to be this tough to get my daughter a bogus doctor, I wouldn’t have moved here. VB is clearly still in the cave man days as far as medical is concerned.
