The ladies at check-in were so helpful. I had an issue with my appointment and they resolved it! Dr. McCaffrey was wonderful as always. I've been his patient for many years and he's always been able provide answers for my needs. I highly recommend him and the whole Tidelands Health Neurosciences.

I was greeted immediately by, I’d filled out my information prior on line so sign in was a snap. I was called within minutes by a lovely nurse. The exam room was clean and comfortable. I had my vitals done and Dr. Mac came in. He introduced himself, had me identify myself and we began to discuss the reason for my visit. He asked questions to fully understand my problem and then he told and wrote out the plan. I felt heard and believe this doctor will take excellent care of me.

This experience was the best Medical interaction I have had in recent history! I was contacted immediately after the referral was made and an appointment was quickly scheduled. Dr McCaffery and his staff were professional, caring and reassuring. We need more Doctors and practices to be like this!

Tidelands health Neurosurgeon/ Dr Eggart is awesome. So kind, compassionate, and honest. Highly skilled and caring. Excellent beside presence. He listens and gives you honest feedback regarding a care plan. His nurse Megan exceptional. She has such a kind heart and strives to deliver excellent care and service. What a great experience.

Dr.McCaffrey is a wonderful doctor who is thorough and listens to your concerns The office staff, nurses and techs treat you with respect. Questions are answered promptly! How nice it is to get a call back with important information for you continued care.
