So this is interesting. I was in the hospital for a spiked fever and was treated and released. Dr. Parreno's office contacted me and said they wanted to see me due to my ER visit. I am assuming the ER sent the info to them, So I made an appointment. Remember, they contacted me to make the appointment. I took off work and drove a 1/2 hour to her office and waited for about 20 min. when a nurse asked me if I wanted to see Dr. Parreno today. I said what? She said that I never got blood work she ordered in March 2025. I said its the end of October and you wanted to see me about the ER visit, what does that have to do with anything. She said you can see Dr. Parreno today but without blood work its not going to be worth it. That blood work would have been 6 months old and before my ER visit any

One star is for the kind, funny medical assistant. One star is for the friendly receptionist. As for the rest of the experience, at least I got my bloodwork completed. Dr. Parreno is rude, condescending, and provided me verifiably false information about medications at my visit that contradicted the Cleveland Clinc, Mayo Clinic, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Find you a doctor that gives a hoot.

Dr. Pareno is a great doctor. She’s caring and knowledgeable . She takes the time to see you as a person not just a patient.
