I have been seeing Jessica Baxter since 2018. Never have I had such a thoughtful and caring doctor. She never rushes and always answers as many questions as you have. She is also open to listening to what I think might work. In addition, if you use the app and have a question or need refills, She is very responsive. I should also mention the office staff who are always friendly. Kuddos to Diane and Tiffany for always calling me back and getting my questions to the doctor. I'll never go anywhere else.

My family and I have been going here ever since we moved to Delaware in 2015. We are seen by Jessica Baxter. Consistently, she has been professional, kind, and personable. My children love her and she has always made us very comfortable. I also can’t forget to mention Diane. She has always welcomed us with her warm and kind smile. It’s great to go to an office where they remember you and treat you well.

Dr Parreno has helped me figure out and work through my physical pains and internal problems better than anyone else in my life. Genuinely can't express how much I appreciate how much she has helped me get control of my life, and has always been way above and beyond. Thank you so very much. You've helped me enjoy my life without pain, and heart problems. The front end staff, and check up nurses have also been wonderful, always quick, friendly and accommodating when needed.

I’ve been seeing Jessica Baxter for almost 9 years. She sees our entire family! Her and the nurse Dianne are wonderful!!! She takes the time to really get to know her patient’s. She’s not at all judgmental and is unbelievably kind.

Terrible customer service and communication!!! My daughter spent several days trying to reach the clinic to get a letter saying they are accepting new patients. Instead of answering or saying they would get back, they have repeatedly ignored her.
