I've been going to doctor Gorgui for a long time and it got to the point where he was too cool to call me back. So I switched to Stuart who seemed very personable, and he told me he would call the next day with the results of my blood work. It's been a week now and three times I called the office manager and receptionist to get someone to call me.My legs are swollen between my feet and knees.I'd like to know my sugar and blood levels. I've never went onto my chart or looked into it because they told me they were going to call me. I saw the other bad reviews.I'm not surprised they sure know how to collect money.They just don't know how to communicate with humans anymore. Review author is (71)yrs old. ✓Primary Care experience has been an awesomely wonderful experience over the past (3)months to resolve multiple issues. ✓Doctors & Staff are patient, pleasant & very knowledgeable! ✓Make it their "Goal & Objective" in helping you get well by using "Best Practices & Safest Treatments" possible to meet your needs. ✓They don't prescribe unnecessary "Tests, Medications or Referrals" as I've experienced by others in past years. ✓Every appointment was seen by my PC on time as scheduled. The staff has always worked hard to get me an appointment when needed and when I couldn't get an appointment with a specialist they worked hard to be sure I did. During a difficult time with my health Wendy called me personally several times to check on me and see if I had any new or worsening symptoms. It was a great feeling knowing she was personally invested and doing all she could to help me find the answers I desperately needed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR. I have been with this doctor for many years. His staff does not know what they are doing. They will tell you one thing then do another. It takes them over a week to right new scripts or fax needed ones to drug store. They sit on butts all day and don't have a clue what they are doing. They sent me clear to Georgetwon to get a tint waver. I waited 2 days to get the call that they said they would call me when ready to pick up. I finally drove over there and they told me the doctor had changed mind and would not sign this letter. This is not the only time That they have lied to me. They told me that I needed blood work done that i did not need and told me that i did not get it done that they would shut all my meds off. I will be putting this on every reveiw site a

My mother has been going to this place and everything was fine until recently. Lately the staff has canceled 2 of her appointments without letting her know and wasting our time. The doctor is kind but their staff has ruined our experience.
