If I could give no stars I absolutely would! The staff were terrible. Rushing around throwing/slamming things around. Didn’t even explain a single thing they were doing. Didn’t introduce themselves, nothing! Bruised both my arms and will never return to this hospital. They definitely looked rush. I get it you’re busy but don’t run around treating people like a Barbie doll or test dummy I am not any of them I am human and should be treated with some type of respect. Sam was a terrible nurse she wasn’t even mine but came in screaming. I got their names by having to go around asking for them before I left the building. Definitely choose a different ER if possible. Out of the whole experience the Ultrasound tech was the best. She was even confused her self on why they were doing test I wasn’

I was brought to Tidel healrh Seaford De ER by ambulance 3/1/26 with real bad stomach pain. Had passed out at home. While in the ER the nurses where not the most friendly. I had messed my clothes and the bed pretty good. My Husband let the nurse and he headed home to get clean clothes. He was gone about a hour. By the time he returned I had gone 11 more times. It was from my waist to my knees. Real bad smell. I told 3 other nurses and the Dr. All said we would get to it. My call button was hung on the wall and I was unable to get up due to passing out. It was very Humiliating. The only reason they came in was I needed a catscan and they couldn't take me down

I have had an acute UTI for 9+ months. I have taken tests and they treat you like “it’s just a UTI!!! I’m stage 3 kidney disease and have lupus. Been to the emergency room 4x’s in January. I know I’m resistant to all antibiotics but no one listens. Have been given antibiotics that I’m allergic to, been in such severe pain that I called an ambulance for myself. I hate hospitals. I even have an infectious disease doctor along with my primary care doctor, who I can’t seem to get a hold of. I know I need to be admitted so they can do IV antibiotics. I’m begging doctors to admit me. No help. I saw a nephrologist in September 2024 for this same UTI. Symptoms have gotten worse over the past 9 months ( every month I’ve been to the hospital at least once a month).and every month my UTI and kidney i

I recently had same day surgery here- i can not say enough about the nursing staff- they were AMAZING from the beginning to the end. All the staff was actually GREAT the MDs- surgeon, anesthesias, physical therapy. Even the lady at check in was pleasant and the dietary people were nice - and it was even a Monday- Fantastic Job!- I truly hope you take this much pride in what you do EVERY day- and admin tells you how WONDERFUL you do- they need to!!

If I was just rating the nursing staff it would be a 5 star. But the ER doctor (Doctor Downing), I’m sorry to say was just not helpful. I went into the hospital due to a miscarriage that had started 24hours prior. I almost passed out at home because of blood loss so my husband and I decided it was right to go to the ER. I had experienced 2 miscarriages prior, both happened naturally at home. So I knew this time was not normal. I get into the ER, dizzy, actively miscarrying, and experiencing the worst cramps I’ve ever felt. Dr Downing comes in and after I told him everything I was experiencing says to me with no care at all, “you are probably in the beginning stages of miscarrying”. It came across like what I was going through was no big deal and for a moment made me feel stupid for coming
