Fabulous place! Easy to make an appt online. I went in early and the staff took me right in. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all very kind and attentive to my needs and reason to be seen rather quickly. The doctor took time with pertinent questions to understand my circumstances with a smile and an engaging manner. I really recommend this Immediate Care facility.

I called ahead to see if they could handle the abscess I had. They said they can check it out. So I went here instead of the ER. I went in and the wait wasn’t long but I got no answers just an antibiotic and basically told I caused it myself and was probably using a new product my body didn’t like. I wasn’t feeling good the next day, went to the ER. I wasn’t feeling nearly septic, no one at the hospital could believe they just sent me home. Would never go here again. They could have at least said they couldn’t handle it and told me to go to the ER.

I do not appreciate being treated like a drug seeking addict when I have legitimate pain from an infected tooth that has been scheduled to be removed asap. A week previously, the ER had given me Tylenol 3 that helped, there's no reason she could not have given me a prescription to help me until surgery. The woman was rude and insensitive while I was in severe pain. She lectured me on the definition of nerve pain. I am a professional in this community, trying to help others, and get treated like that was just awful. To ignore that makes the patient feel helpless, depressed, defeated. I cried for hours after I left and I'm still in severe pain.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Very respectful and efficient. We were in and out quickly. Staff was amazing! Treated my child with the up most care. If I could give 10 stars. I absolutely would!! ❤️❤️👏👏👏👏👏👏

From the rude receptionist to the practitioner who apparently was so busy with an empty waiting room. I felt rushed and poor care overall, came in with complaint of fever, body aches coughing, congestion, wheezing, headaches no flu tests no R/O for Covid slapped with an order for augmentin in no time. The provider didn’t even look at my history to know I was pregnant. Poor care, will not be going back thanks for nothing, I left and consulted my OBGYN. Go somewhere where you will not be so rushed, their main priority is to get you out of their waiting room, don’t see Jones Arthur as your provider, after she finishes with her passive aggressive ways and rushes you out of the office she will take the time she should have cared for you to write up a nasty note about you in your chart.
