Should be a zero My daughter spent seven hours for a simple colonoscopy.The doctor and the anesthesiologist LEFT HER. She was still knocked out. Finally a nurse happened by and said she's not supposed to be there and began to bring her up out of the anesthesia which caused incredible pain. Nurse didn't know what she was doing. Then they gave my daughter FENTANYL for the pain. 7 hours after they took her in, she was able to leave. I have been waiting since Feb, 2022 for my colonoscopy. Supposed to go june 29 for the meet and greet and they just canceled again. Don't go to Tidal Health. You are only $$$$$ to them. Live or fie, they dont care. State needs to shutter Tidal Health.

They didn't even let me see the doctor. I went for a second opinion and they wouldn't let me see the doctor unless I transfer my records first and become an official patient of theirs. I'm not transferring my entire record to a doctor I have not met yet, especially when it's just for a second opinion. I've seen enough bad doctors in DE not to fall for that. This is the only place I've experienced where my test results, possible diagnoses and med list weren't enough for an initial evaluation. Of course they didn't mention any of this when I made the appointment and the two times they called asking the covid screening questions. They waited until I drove the hour trip and was in the exam room waiting 20 minutes for the doctor. My insurance says it violated their policies for second opinions

Still haven't been called back after a multiple polyp removal for my results that was done end of November. Have had multiple bloody stools since then dizziness shortness of breathe. Will be seeking medical care from another dr that will be able to get my results and figure out why I'm bleeding since these drs dont care

I have been a patient of Dr Grande. He is a locum from Vanderbilt Gi Dr. He has been timely, compassionate, helpful, and honestly a life saver. He saw me quickly. Did a EGD and scheduled a colonoscopy. We do t have all the answers yet but I feel secure in capable hands.

Slow to check voice mails for med refills and make appointments need to go in to office so not have to wait up to a week for a response.
