Went here to get my newborns heel prick done at 13 days old, got there at 12:40 was told by the receptionist to grab a number, ring the bell and wait to be called back. Did all this waited til 12:55 when the woman that does the labs came to the receptionist and said she wouldn’t be able to do my daughters heel prick because she HAD to leave at 1. The receptionist Robin was very sweet, she informed the other woman (whom I never even saw) that I had been waiting for about 15 or so mins to be seen and the lady just responded to her with “well I HAVE to leave at 1, so I can’t do it.” The receptionist then turned to me and apologized very sweetly (as if I couldn’t hear the entire conversation), I then thanked the receptionist for her kindness and for trying to get my daughter seen by informing

Reception was unclear, rude and impatient with a series matter of a patient. Patient was left confused about the situation and didn’t know when to expect information or timeline. Reception didn’t seem concerned with the series matter that could have been easily solved with just a small amount of info.

The staff in this office was amazing. Helpful and friendly. Made me feel welcomed and at ease. The wait time for an appointment was about a month out from inquiry, but worth it. Great care for a small town doctor's office. Highly recommend.

This health facility refuses to answer the phone even when the call is from a hospital. This is a delay to patient care.
