She has been an unwavering advocate for me across my entire care team and has played a pivotal role in helping manage my chronic illnesses for the past 3.5 years. She truly listens, takes concerns seriously, and goes above and beyond to make sure nothing is overlooked. She is responsive, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and consistently makes me feel supported, even in complex situations where answers aren’t straightforward. Dr. Thy Nguyen is an understanding primary care physician. She is willing to research and learn about your medical conditions. If needed, Dr. Nguyen will reach out to your physicians. She is a very caring,kind,compassionate,and empathetic physician. You will not find a better physician who works with you to make sure that you have a good quality of life. Her medical assistant is excellent. Always displays kindness to me. She always answers the telephone in a friendly manner. Will take messages for Dr. Nguyen if medically needed. She makes sure that the office is run smoothly and on schedule.

Dr. Nguyen is very accommodating, friendly and takes time to explain things. I appreciate this very much. I needed flu shot as my work ran out of doses, so I called Dr. Nguyen and she accommodated me right away. I recommend her to all friends/family who are looking for a primary care physician. I decided to join Dr. Nguyen's Concierge Care at FirstChoice Family Medicine a little over 2 years ago after an initial evaluation.
