I’ve been seeing Dr. Helen at Thriving Chiropractic for over two years, and I cannot recommend her enough! She initially helped me manage back pain from gardening, and her care was instrumental throughout my pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Dr. Helen is incredibly knowledgeable and down-to-earth; she knows exactly which techniques and stretches will help me at each visit, and I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in. She provides holistic advice on everything from shoes and pillows to finding the right mattress. What sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares; she remembers small details from our past conversations and always has new, effective stretches for me to try. The entire office is awesome. Alice (massage) and Christina (acupuncture) are incredible.

I’ve been going to Dr. Yumi for over 10 years now as I followed her from Fremont to this new location. She’s helped me deal with right knee and hip pain from my running and being at a desk job all day. She provides adjustments, deep tissue work and massage gun to help reduce pain and swelling to get my body back to feeling balanced. For a time, I saw a sports physical therapist but didn’t get enough 1:1 attention as I did with Dr. Yumi. I highly recommend her! Also, Lucy as the front desk is extremely personable and is great at scheduling and rebooking appointments when I need them. All around great service!

Dr Yumi is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment and gentle in her approach. I had undiagnosed back pain that had not improved despite months of physical therapy. I always felt comfortable after the sessions and her pointers on stretches and simple exercises were extremely helpful.

Dr. Yumi is a miracle worker. I had a bad accident 7 years ago which made sitting, breathing deeply, and bending forward very challenging. Within 2 months of her treatments, I had significant reduction in pain and increased range of motion. She worked on the fascia to release muscles and trapped nerves. Dr. Yumi was the first provider to identify and fix it - fast! The results have been long-lasting, too. I also went back for a shoulder injury, and she's been very helpful with adjustments and fascia release even after my PT discharged me.
