I am really disappointed with my experience trying to start services with this clinic. I called to make an appt and specifically asked if they provided in-clinic services at my child's clinic location before starting anything. The receptionist collected my child's clinic name and address so she could verify with the therapist and then called me back, saying she confirmed that they do go to his clinic. Great! I asked to make an appt for an evaluation and was told I needed to complete all the paperwork before it could be scheduled. Ok. I completed 18 forms (consents, a detailed intake evaluation, etc), uploaded PHI documents that were requested, and put my cc on file per policy.
