I’ve been twice. First “recovery” experience was wonderful. Second one was a thirty minute session and I could tell they were fitting me in and it felt rushed. I noticed my therapist didn’t wear gloves for my dry needling nor did she clean areas on my skin with alcohol pad like my prior session. It was a clear difference in my first experience. She also mentioned using too long of a needle in one particular area on my traps. I have a high pain tolerance and didn’t think too much of it until I left the appointment and immediately started having trouble breathing and tightness of my chest on the same side as the therapy was performed. It didn’t let up for hours so I went to the ER. Released after a simple chest X ray but I am here again the next day with trouble breathing and really bad che

Besides the wonderful staff who know your name and ask how you are, this is a great place for comprehensive health services under one roof. Started with chronic pain in back, with consistent visits, to hitting personal best squat record in two years time.

I'm writing a review specifically to let people know what I wish I had known going into my physical therapy experience. The people are nice but the therapy I received was a "holistic" style. So my plantar Fasciitis was treated in a way that focused on realigning my hips to change my stance, walking style etc, but not any focus specifically on the foot itself. I was hopeful that this would work and I did the exercises diligently for many weeks, although I felt no relief in my pain. I would spend 30-45 mins minimum doing these exercises every day, and went in once a week! and no relief in pain. Then I ended up tearing my plantar fascia - which is a result of untreated fasciitis! Such a bummer bc I wonder if I could have prevented the tear with a more traditional PT style. I ended up
