Thrive Pediatrics

I absolutely LOVE our pediatrician here Weslie. I have referred several family members and friends who also love her and is to be honest the only reason we stay here. I hardly ever contact thrive but the last 3-4 times one of my kids has needed to get seen, we haven’t been able to be seen even when I call right when they open so they don’t keep room open for sick visits, resulting in us waiting for long periods at urgent care. They have taken way too many patients now and don’t have availability for patients that have been there since the beginning.

We’ve been seeing Weslie for a year, and each visit I’ve been put at ease by her focus and care. She never makes me feel rushed, and she always takes time to discuss any concern or new changes we should be expecting with our little one. She has personal stories as a mom that make me feel reassured and confident. Every member of staff has been helpful, friendly, and clear with communication. I appreciate all the people we interact with at the office.

We love going to see Rich McConkie! Any visit, sick or well he has the BEST bedside manner - always delightful and humorous with all my kiddos (4!) He’s super thorough, pays attention to detail and focuses on whole health, not just just on symptoms. He’s compassionate, well rounded and really good at what he does. You can tell pretty soon after you meet him, he pours his heart and souls into pediatrics!

Very thankful we found Richard McConkie at Thrive! We are first time parents and finding the best provider for the you are little one was crucial. Well after trying a couple different pediatricians we knew we found the one with Richard! He is knowledgeable but also considerate of our concerns. We always feel like we are listened to and our son is in the best care. If you are looking for a pediatrician for your little on, he is the one!

Had a wonderful experience at Thrive with Richard McConkie! Would recommend for anyone who’s looking for a personable doctor who listens and makes sure all your questions are answered. He came in and met baby and even tried to calm her while she was crying. 100% better than a previous experience we had at Thrive with another doctor.
