Staff is friendly! Dr. Ackaway is honest and kind! I’ve Gone 2 years in a row and he comfortably says your son should wait for braces. Other drs. were trying to get us to do many years of unnecessary steps and very costly plans. When my boys are ready for braces we will be using Dr. Ackaway I fully trust him. I feel he’s looking to do what’s best for the patients.

My daughter Haley always had an excellent experience with the Kinnelon office. The staff and Dr. Akkaway were very professional, attentive, and helpful with all my questions. Office was always clean and organized. They helped my daughter obtain phenomenal results with her severe overbite. Haley feels much more confident with her smile. We highly recommend!

I take my grandson and I needed a retainer. The office is so well run. There is hardly any waiting and when you go in you don’t wait either. The doctors are excellent, they explain everything. Everyone in the office is so nice. It’s easy to get an appointment and if something is wrong they see you right away.

My son’s experience at at Thrive has been great! The entire team - from the front desk to the hygienist and the orthodontist - have been kind, supportive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Staff are so happy and friendly. The environment is kid friendly. My kids are happy there. They love the ipads in the waiting room as well.
