I can’t recommend Thrive Muscle Activation and in particular Brian Hannah enough! Brian is exceedingly knowledgeable about anatomy, muscles, how bodies work, etc. I have made so much progress on my neck issues since working with Brian. His home exercises are simple to do and have furthered my progress. He is by far the best therapist I have ever worked with.

Brian is a wizard who can help you work through injuries or complex mobility issues. He’s knowledgeable across multiple modalities (including muscle activation techniques (MAT), chiropractic techniques, trigger point release, cupping, and more) and uses them expertly as needed to address your challenges. He’s also a holistic thinker who looks at many avenues of body influence and always has your best interests at heart. I’ve had a number of tricky chronic muscle issues after a multi-year bout of giardia before discovering and treating, which is known to cause deficiencies and weakness. I’ve seen so many movement breakthroughs with Brian and he’s also been an impetus for me to change my sedentary lifestyle. I credit him with my continuing to move well and being able to function in my life
