Set an appointment for bad ear clog in both ears. I would have never guessed just how much wax buildup was actually in my ear. The entire staff was phenomenal. She quickly looked at my inner ear and knew exactly how to resolve it. I literally hear things I wasn't hearing an hour ago. 5 stars isn't enough to explain how pleased I am from my visit.

My experience with Casie, Haleigh, and everyone on the staff was wonderful. They exceeded expectations in every way. Starting at my first appointment, Casie made me feel at ease about my hearing loss. I thought that I might end up being able to hear people better in places with a lot of background noise, but I never expected my sensitivity to sound (like my screaming children) could ever be better. After some comprehensive tests, Casie explained exactly how my brain was perceiving sound differently and set me up with devices that surprisingly improved the sensitivity as well! I initially felt like I didn't have much hope for this to improve my life, but I was dead wrong. Thrive has truly given me more hope than I ever could have imagined. Thanks so much, guys!
