The atmosphere is welcoming and organized, and you can tell the staff work well together. It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy that combines efficiency with such a personal touch. If I could give 0 stars, I would! I had an extremely disturbing experience with this pharmacy. After working on my own with Express Scripts for months to obtain prior authorization, my prescription, which was supposed to be filled at CVS, was somehow processed and filled by this pharmacy without my knowledge or consent. I have never visited, contacted, or authorized this pharmacy to handle my medication. I only discovered this after calling CVS and being told the prescription had already been filled elsewhere. I then had to contact my insurance and wait over an hour on hold just to determine where it had been sent. When I called this pharmacy to ask how they obtained my prescription and why it was filled without my authorization, I was told that my doctor sent it and that they worked on

The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. I’m thrilled to have such a great pharmacy right here in the neighborhood—this is definitely my new go-to spot!"

Switched my prescriptions from CVS. The best thing I could have done! I was tired of the long lines, pissed off staff and receiving the wrong information on a regular basis. Thrive Care has a very professional and knowledgeable staff. Pharmacist is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Wish I switched over sooner. They deliver as well, which works out wonderfully!
