Thrifty White

Did not have the necessary medications available. We had to make inquiries to determine Thirfy White did not have the medication. ( Strong communications? ) We had to seek out a pharmacy and pick the medication up ourselves. (Eceeds customer expectations?) Since Thrifty White services nursing homes and long term care facility. Just imagine how many people that are in hospice and may not have a family member near by to advocate for them and needlessly suffers until they pass. As l read the previous reviews this problem has not been corrected for 5 long years. If you respond. Respond with your corrective and preventative measures.

Absolutely ridiculous! Took over 2 hours to deliver pain meds to a patient on hospice. Left at 6pm and was told they should be in the door at 6:30pm.....arrived after 8pm!!!! No call, no heads-up, nothing. Then when the nurse to release a code for pain patches, would not route them to the appropriate person. So the patient went without! So frustrated and appalled!!!

This store does not exist. Look at the street view. It's an industrial area with zero retail.

Excellent Pharmacy. Outstanding and knowledgeable. Will visit again.
