Thrifty White Pharmacy

The staff really has some superstar technicians! They are experienced, knowledgeable, fast paced, and so kind to people. Very good at effectively multitasking. Pharmacist Kyle is awesome at having patience with people and so is Michelle K. Wonderful and hard working staff at this location and always seem to have a positive attitude!

Always go above and beyond for their customers. Andy goes out of his way to be friendly, Kyle never gets tired of me asking questions, and another Female pharmacist (I didn't catch her name) is very caring and shows compassion for others. I have witnessed the staff at the checkout counters have the patience of steel when someone has rude. This is clearly a place that understands they are often working with individuals who are stressed/overwhelmed or are not feeling well.

Always welcoming and willing to help when you need it

I moved to Webster City 1.5 years ago and chose Thrifty White not knowing who they were or had even heard of them. They have been very helpful to me over that time. The customer service is very friendly. Andrew goes out of his way to be friendly and Kyle never gets tired of me asking questions. Whether it is in the drive thru or in the store, the service can't be beat. You won't find a pharmacy that cares more. Thank you Thrifty White!
