Thrifty White Pharmacy

Bucko is THE BEST Pharmacist!! Always patient, always pleasant, always professional and highly knowledgeable. He cares! Joy, the second counter cashier is one of the most helpful and kind retail personnel out there!

Within less than 2weeks, thrifty white has not had the prescriptions I required. The most recent, they sent only enough for less than 2days! After a horrendous week in the hospital, I couldn't be without it. And not enough for even the weekend??!!!!! I'm very disappointed and will probably have to find another pharmacy that's more reliable. The other prescription was to be picked up on our way home from the Roseau ER. Thrifty white had one of the prescriptions, but not the one that was more important. Had to return the following day to get it. What good is a pharmacy if you can't get the meds you need when you need them???

Takes all day to fill a prescription. The pharmacist constantly ignores customers to visit with freinds. I've seen pharmacy's run with less than half this places staff, and still be more efficient. The only reason this worthless pharmacy makes money, is its monopoly in my small town. I keep hoping and praying that someone else will open up a new pharmacy and bankrupt this worthless one.

Was the only customer in the store and had to call my doctor in front of the cupcake eating pharmacist assistant to prove my medical were sent there. She told me to wait 3 hours for bucko to get back... easier to call the pharmacist in altru Grand Forks and get it mailed. Correct and faster!
