always courteous, always respectful, VERY SATISFIED, very accurate. very timely. Am AMAZED at the abuse the staff takes from unreasonable customers, where are manners? not an employee, customer since 2006.

I have had times were I have had to wait but do realize I am not the only person living in Morris and am not the first person in line. I feel that the store is to small for the amount of business they have and it sometimes makes it very difficult for them to work around each other. I myself have no problem with the service I get from the help at Thrifty White and just feel people just need to give them just a little more slack to get all they do done. Hugs to the hard working staff and my hat is off to you!

My experiences at Thrifty have been quite mixed. Some of the staff there are very friendly and kind, others can be very rude and abrupt. I understand they’re busy, but there’s no need to be discourteous. Combined with the very long wait times, it can be aggravating. My prescriptions are rarely ready when the recorded phone thing says they’ll be ready. We’ve had a lot of confusion with our daughter’s medication, which they have to shortly before we arrive. The first few times I ordered it, they called me back to set up a time to pick it up. The third time I ordered it, I waited for them to call me back, and never heard from them, so I went in and the younger woman behind the counter was a bit rude and lecturing me that I should’ve talked to an actual person. Do NOT come here if you need medications to actually survive. You have to basically babysit them every step of the way and MAYBE your meds will be filled in a timely manner. If you come here you better download MyChart so you can personally message your doctor to tell them to refill the prescription since calling here multiple times evidently isn't sufficient. Do not end up like me by waiting a week before calling again to see what happened to your meds, only to end up going into week three of being without the one medication that can control your asthma. Don't be afraid to annoy them by calling everyday since it seems like this would be the only way to get anything done and maybe if they find it so annoying, they'll figure out the one way to make it stop is to actually do their jobs.
