Thrifty White Pharmacy

Since October I have been running into so many problems with this new employee there. She has given me the run around and I requested a refill 2 weeks ago for my insulin. Yesterday and today hit home hard. She lied to me twice and lied to my nurse at ccm. I finally was able to get things worked out with other employees there 🙌 and when I picked up my insulin all she could do is stand behind counter in plan site and give me the worse looks. This is horrible. I want a pharmacy I can trust! I don't want her handling any of mine or my kids prescription anymore. Yes she has messed up my kids prescriptions too and lied about that too!

They make mistakes all the time. Never had a place that couldn't seem to get out the ones I needed or mistakes with the meds. One of the meds was to prevent blood clots. And after 3 calls to them I had to send someone to get them .

Super helpful this week when I had misplaced my inhaler. They faxed my provider and got a refill asap. I really appreciate the extra steps on their end. It really made a difference in my health!

I'm so VERY UPSET by the unprofessional manner that I've been treated. Missing meds, partial refills, not having my meds on their med list when they HAVE filled the items before. Can you tell I'm upset?

Love this place. These people that work there are always friendly and ready to help with whatever questions you have about your medication
