Thrifty White Pharmacy

I have been going to this Thrifty White for years and always have a pleasant experience. The store owners are nice, the Pharmacy staff are helpful and the store is clean and organized. Two thumbs up guys good job.

Had appointment setup and arrived only to find out they were short staffed and cancelled. No notice given, wasted time.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This has got to be the most chaotic pharmacy I've ever seen. Nobody has a clue what's going on. Prescriptions and never ready and they don't even bother filling them until you walk in to pick them up. Some of the staff are extremely ignorant. If you're known to the staff personally, they will skip over orders and do that person's first. It doesn't matter if you've been waiting 20 minutes. I've walked up to the pickup window and was ignored while the woman working literally let 2 other people cut the line. Horrible customer service skills and very uneducated staff.

One of the downfalls of living in a small town is only having one place to fill prescriptions. Thrifty White is extremely unorganized and unprofessional, usually prescriptions go un-filled until you show up to pick them up. It’s like they don’t realize they have orders that need to be filled, and I’m not talking about going to the doctor and expecting the order to be filled immediately after. I’m talking about refilling a prescription on Tuesday, being told it would be ready on Thursday, only to find out on Friday that they don’t have your medication in stock. They don’t call you to make you aware of the situation either, it’s basically a “you’ll get ‘‘em when you get ‘em” type of business.
