Thrifty White Pharmacy

I needed a lancing pen for glucose, and the woman who sold it to me said there was a lancing device in the box. When I went to open it there were only lancets. Then they couldn't refund my money so these people made some extra cash due to the incompetence of one of their workers. Too bad for the customer. To begin with, what drug store keeps these in the back when Walmart has them out in the open for customers. Total waste if my time and money.

I go in no one is in line no one is there but me and they tell me I have to Waite an hour and a half .I have to get to work and already am taking off to bring the prescription. Now I have to call my employer and tell them I need another 1 and a half off.I may lose my job

Never has my refills ready. Have to call all the time to see if I have medication. To fill a packet of birth control or eye drops takes 1-2 hours.

Today was my last day ever using this pharmacy after about 10 years. I don't know the pharmacist or tech that was working. They must be new as I haven't been there in a while. They were both unnecessarily rude and totally unprofessional with disgusting attitudes. I've never been treated like this here from the previous pharmacist or the previous techs. They were amazing. These two made me sick.

I only put a star, because I couldn’t put 0! This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever used in my whole life. They’re constantly late on filling prescriptions, I would have a medication called in for days, & when I go to get it (or any of meds for that fact) it’s not even filled yet!! It’s crazy! It’s like, what do you guys do all day!? Because this happens every single time. They also are so bad about answering the phone, I called on Sunday, 5 different times, & each time it just rang for 2 minutes straight. So I had to go down, mind you I live all the way across town, & again, they weren’t ready. They also are always out of medication. Im not saying it’s their fault, but this is absurd.
