Why have automated ordering if it's never done by that time. Meds I absolutely needed were supposed to be done by 10am. I went at 2pm and they weren't done. This has happened more than 5 times.
Went to pick up a prescription that should have already been filled the day before. They hadn't even started it yet, but on the positive side it only took them about 5 minutes to fill.
Absolutely terrible service, got worse after COVID and never got better. Prescriptions not refilled as ordered. Filling without automatic refills setup and no call in for refill. Filling a claim on prescription not ordered, not picked up, and asked 3 different times to have the claim returned causing an inability of the new pharmacy to fill. I would never recommend this pharmacy and I was a member for 40 years as it is the only pharmacy within 15 miles.
No problem getting prescriptions, fast and friendly service!
I have had the WORST experience with this pharmacy. pharmacy techs there are completely rude. When trying to fill prescriptions, they make you feel stupid even when you are in the right. There’s a new guy who’s younger who is the rudest person I have ever met. I would not recommend anybody go there.
