Thrifty White Pharmacy

My doctor sent in my 3 prescriptions, to Thrifty White. I called to make sure they would be mailed. They assured me they would be. Got a call to get my credit card number. Then nothing. In the meantime I’m miserable and not sleeping well. Husband mentioned to call and make sure it was even mailed (after four days of my waiting.) It was still sitting there, packaged to be mailed. So he drove the hour and a half round trip to get it for me! There was no request for a credit card number when he picked it up (because they had it) When I called today to speak with manager, he was very rude. Stated they didn’t have a number on file and if meds were so important, why didn’t I just come and get them (I’m homebound) Obviously a lie about credit card number as they certainly didn’t ask my husband fo

Incorrect health issues misinterpreted by a Nurse Asistant wannabe psychiatrist it my file at the pharmacy. Informed the pharmacy and information not corrected after 1yr.

Nice Customer service from most employees. I haven’t had an issue filling prescriptions ever and their drive thru usually has no wait time!

Always a positive experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really enjoy the text notifications that my prescriptions are filled so all I have to do is swing through the drive thru when notified. When my insurance payed amount is higher than other options, they are always accommodating at resourcing cheaper possible options.

Their right to “ban guns” my right to choose any other pharmacy. There are no armed security officer’s on the premises.
