Three Rivers Urgent Care

I was seen quickly. Staff were professional and friendly. After I was diagnosed and PA left room, I discovered I had follow-up questions. PA came back and patiently answered my questions. Much appreciated! Improvement suggestion would be to check in new patient right away rather than make them wait to finish registration while watching later arrivals check in before earlier arrival. Called several days later and both calls were answered in a reasonable amount of time.

I have used 3 rivers urgent care a few times and always had a pleasant experience. This last experience was my absolute favorite by far. I had fallen through a glass table and had to call 911, when they told me urgent care would work vs. ER I knew i wanted urgent care. When my friend drove me in wait time was quick. The MA was very kind and gentle when getting me ready for the dr. I felt the Dr was very understanding and compassionate. My cut had gone through my favorite tattoos and I expressed this concern. Not only did he listen he took extra time to use my tattoo to line it up perfectly. I know a scar is inevitable but the relief I felt knowing it will look good when its done healing was amazing.

Our son took a nasty spill during recess and his foot was swollen. He is autistic and could only tell us he had flipper boo-boo tosis (Dr Mickey had diagnosed Donald on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse). He wasn’t putting weight on it so we brought him to Urgent Care. Everyone was incredible with him! He had a fantastic time recording his experience getting X-rays taken, meeting medical professionals and receiving his new boot. Everything took about an hour from beginning to end. We will return.

Great place! I had nasty bug that was going around and they took good care of me. I even got a call back after 3 days so that’s always welcomed. Thanks Brian and the wonderful lil nurse that took care of my ear. I’ll definitely go back if needed. Btw feeling much better! Clean, friendly staff, short wait time, easy booking.

We had a remarkably efficient experience after moving from Arizona. The staff provided valuable suggestions for locations to fill late-night prescriptions, which was very helpful. The receptionist was outstanding, and the facility maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Additionally, our pre-teen received excellent support throughout the visit.
