Three Rivers Immediate Care - Louisa

Took my 90 y/o mom here on 12/2/2022 about 1220PM because she was having back pain. Was never told when I checked her in that I could request a provider for her. They kept calling people ahead of her and when I asked about it I was told people who requested providers were called back before walk-ins. So I sat for another hour or so and went back up to ask how long it would be before my mom would be seen and she said she would be next to be called back. Well instead they called someone else who had only been there for 5 minutes. She totally lied to me!! So when I went and told her of this she said providers were taking turns seeing patients as they were alternating lunches. Again I was not told this in advance. Need to update the hours online. It shows they close at 6:30. Got there at 5:25 and was told they had closed registration because they close at 6 and there was 3 patients in the back to be seen. The girl was very nice about it though. Could have saved myself a trip there and went somewhere else.

They don’t close until six pm, showed up at 5:43 (because of work). They refused to see me at all. Told me to come back tomorrow. Isn’t your job to help people?

Doctor came in with arms crossed and didn’t even listen to what was going on. Just asked if I wanted a prescription or wanted to have tests and wait then get prescription.I took prescription and went home only to end up in E.R. Not much of a doctor..

When all this sickness was going around I took my 3 kids up there to see the Dr, it says they don't close till 630, got there after getting off work both times and they tell us they couldn't take anymore due to they probably wouldn't get out of there till like 7...... but isn't it ur place to take care of people, the turning people away all because u might have to stay longer than normal shouldn't matter!!!!!!
