Love this pharmacy. Always friendly staff, of course it helps my daughter is a Tech here!
I went here after my doctors appointment to pick up some antibiotics. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The technician Karlie checked on the status of my medication without me asking and went above and beyond to apply some coupon onto my prescription and saved me $20. I appreciated her efforts so much I chose to transfer all my prescriptions to this pharmacy now. The customer service was like nothing you will experience at a chain store. Karlie was super helpful and actually knew what was going on unlike some technicians I have dealt with in the past.
Love our Thornhill Pharmacy! The staff is professional, caring, quick to respond, & more. Mostly, it's great to do business with a real person & have no communication frustrations. So happy I said goodbye to the big chains.
Absolutely can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. They have helped with coupons, replacements, syncing my meds, refilling, vaccines and so much more. The staff is friendly, fast and knowledgeable.
