Great service and professional and knowledgeable and kind workers

Called the pharmacy to see if they carried bed pans like the hospital uses, how much they were, and if I could get one delivered because I'm caring for a cancer patient at home that needs it. I was promptly transferred to someone else, who didn't answer, so I left him a message about my needs. I never received a return phone call. If I had been able to leave the house, I would have driven over there to see for myself. Now, well let's just say if I don't hear back tomorrow, they've lost a potential loyal customer.

The prices are high on a lot of things but the service needs to be a little better. I had my doctor called my medicine in at about 1:30pm and they were closing at 7:00 pm and my medicines still was not ready. That’s not too good

We use this drugstore for the facility that I work. They are courteous, friendly and punctual. I never have a problem with anything I order. A great place to deal with.

Thorne drugs should have 5 stars they go beyond expectation for customers. Everyone is always willing to help. Private own but they treat you like family. Been doing business with them for 50 years.
