This place cares more about money than anything else. My dog had a bump on her and we asked to get it aspirated and was told no that it was pointless and Dr. Katherine Engel kept pushing for surgery. This same bump, we had another vet look at and they could tell just by looking at it that it wasn’t cancerous. With all this being said, Dr. Katherine Engel missed another lump my dog had that turned out to be a mast cell tumor. We had gone multiple times to get allergy shots and because our dog didn’t fit the textbook criteria for how long it should be effective for, she said we were lying. The last time we took our dog in for a shot she suddenly took her to the back to give it to her when all the other times she did it in front of me. I wish I could give this place a zero but I can’t. I have been coming here for years and have brought all my animals here. My last two visits were not the best due to Dr. Trivelloni’s poor attitude. Put one of my dogs down with her and her bed side manor was not great. I didn’t have a choice and HAD to euthanize right then and there. I could not take her home and let the rest of my family say goodbye. Her mind was set and you could not change her mind. My other dog came in for vaccines and I was charged a medical exam instead of a wellness which I believe costs more. I did full bloodwork and one thing was slightly off and she freaked out about it. It was 1 above the normal. Was told I need all these medications to fix it. Then I still decided to come back for a recheck mind you was $5 les

This place is horrible. Staff are incompetent. Cannot complete the most basic services like nail trims or blood draws without inhumanly drugging a pet. Will not allow the owners to remain with pets so their solution is to drug the pet. All the years I’ve had animals this is the most absurd routine for a simple exam.

Brought my 18 year old cat to Thompson Animal Clinic on Saturday as she was at the end of life. The Veterinarian, the Vet tech and front desk staff were so kind, compassionate and supportive. What an amazing group of women. I would highly recommend Thompson Animal Clinic for anyone seeking Veterinarian care. I am shocked that this place mentions emergency service. I just spent about 600.00 dollars for basic shots, ( two dogs), about 4 weeks ago. Today,I only requested that the doctor could remove a tick from the corner of my baby's eye today or schedule an appointment. Near the eye bothered me. They asked me to call Nucci Vet Clinic also, remove the tick myself, but make sure that I didn't leave the head in or my dog could get an infection??? They also asked me to just go to a Animal Emergency Hospital , "that will be very expensive". I called DocMcStuffin and did not leave a message. DOC MCSTUFFIN CALLED ME BACK AND SAID NEAR THE EYE NEEDS A DOCTOR, SO COME IN TODAY. I DID. THIS TOOK ABOUT ONE MINUTE. Iwill not return to Thompson Vet clinic or Nucci. With the new management apparently the Ve
