LEIXIR CORPORATE OFFICE: ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION??? After MANY conversations with the management, there is still NO IMPROVEMENT! Originally, they were sending a driver to our office everyday, regardless of whether we had a pickup or a delivery--just so we didn't get missed. That has since stopped happening. But they have no method of tracking local cases on whether they were picked up to be delivered except a sheet that the driver signs. Their delivery and pickup services continues to decline. Edited original review - This lab has the worst pick up/delivery service of any lab I've ever worked with. Products are great -- if you can ever get your case picked up or delivered!

I have been using this lab for several years now. I find the work to be excellent. If on rare occasion there is an issue, the lab is very prompt at resolving it. They are also proactive with communicating potential issues they see with a case before moving forward with it. Greatly appreciated!

Second time that they didn't get it right!!! Sent in wax ups a week later they sent them back with no change an a invoice. Resent them back with another prescription. They did not follow any instructions on that prescription also I went in and personally spoke with one of the lab techs and explain to them how I needed my teeth set he took down notes but still they weren't done correctly. Now I'm stuck with these dentures because they won't do anything about it

If I could give less stars I would. Literally the worst company to work with for any case work. No matter when you say you need something back it’s never the right about of time. I’ve had to reschedule so many patients because they can’t ever get it right

Unreliable lab. Poor communication regarding case arrival/delays. The crowns are made out of good solid material but just too much uncertainty with logistics. I will be using another lab.
