Thompson Family Dental

I have been receiving dental care from this practice since Dr. Thompson started here. Prior to his dental care I was treated by Dr. Thomas Huller. Many of the ladies who now work with Dr. Thompson also worked with Dr. Huller. You could not ask for a better team. Each is always ready to make the patient’s experience the best that it can be. They are caring, informed, diligent, and timely. Just recently this team identified a spot in my mouth that was found to be dysplasia. Their accurate notation allowed for a thorough examination by Dr. Thompson and immediate attention and care from a specialist. Thank you for excellent care for over 30 years.

If I could leave -1 stars I would. Let me start by saying at first I would have rated this practice a four. They seemed very nice and knowledgeable and someone you could trust with your family. Oh boy was I wrong! We recently found out that my husband was in so much pain because they had done botched fillings on my husband. Luckily they had sent us to someone else for a root canal and it was there we found out via X-ray that they had been negligent. There was a huge amount of decay left under the fillings. When I first called to share my concern the lady at the front desk was horrible (not Mary Ellen but the lady with the short short hair). I explained what was going on and one of her first things she said was “that doesn’t happen and I don’t know how you would prove that”. Well to make a

I love this office, from the time you walk in the office you are greeted by Mary Lynn who has been so helpful to me in all the years going there, and when Dr. Thompson took over the practice I was hoping Mary Lynn would stay along with other staff, and they did. And both Dr. Thompsons are amazing, I have a fear of dentist, and I actually asked to have a tooth pulled ( might have been a wisdom tooth), and I was made so comfortable that I was not afraid at all.

I've been going to this office for a while now but Dr. Thompson recently took over the practice. I can't say enough good things about the office, really. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, the work I've had done was excellent (as far as I can tell), and it's the only dentist's office I've been to in my life where I feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. I wish every interaction with healthcare professionals could be this nice.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a couple severe chips in two of my front teeth and Dr. Thompson fixed them and they look amazing, I'm not embarassed to hide my smile anymore! This has been my family dentist office my entire life so the staff knows me and my family and they couldn't be nicer! I'm beyond thrilled with the work he did! Thank you so much!
