Went here while I was visiting from out of town due to a small fall that I wanted to get ahead of. They were amazing and got me in twice during my time there. I was their stretch therapist, Sunny, she was amazing and so helpful! And Dr. Amy was equally as amazing with my adjustment! They really set me up for success for the rest of my visit so I could make it home to my normal chiropractor. My husband even got to enjoy the massage chairs while waiting for me. Can’t say more nice things about them.

I normally don’t leave a bad review but I’m highly upset with this business. They were great, talked me into doing a three month plan, my insurance covered everything but a very small copay so I agreed to use them. 2 months after I quit going I get sent a bill for over a thousand dollars saying I owe them bc they couldn’t process my insurance claim. I have no record of them even running my insurance which is Aetna!! They have them listed as an in network provider so what’s the deal?? And on top of that they are saying if I don’t pay within 5 days, they are sending this to collections. I’m very disappointed in their hospitality. No option to come in and possibly call the insurance company to verify this or no payment plan?? Just a letter sent.

Dr . Amy has been my chiropractor for many years. I am so pleased that she has now opened a Savannah location! The office is beautiful and clean. The staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. To walk into a chiropractors office and be made to feel as of you’re at home is something hard to find. You’ll leave feeling brand new and will want ASAP! Today I had an outstanding adjustment by Dr. Jones followed by a DEEP sleep nap at home. I’ve not slept that great in a very long time and I know it’s from aligning my body the way that it needs to be! Thank you Dr. Jones and Thompson Chiro!

I’ve been coming here for over a year and always enjoyed my visits—until recently. Without notifying me, they’ve apparently been having issues processing insurance claims with Aetna. Suddenly, I’m being asked to pay out of pocket for visits that were supposed to be covered. At my last appointment, the receptionist only mentioned this after my adjustment, asking me to self-pay on the spot. When I called on Monday for clarification, all I got was a simple “sorry.” Now they’re billing me $680 because Aetna supposedly changed their network status—something they claim they didn’t know about. How is that my responsibility? After more than ten visits without insurance payments, they should’ve informed me much earlier so I could decide whether to continue treatment. Fantastic service and chiropractic! They were able to get me in same day and assist with an adjustment even though I'm from out of town. Would highly recommend because they know what they are doing and do it well.
