Dr. Ross and his staff at Thomaston Family Dentistry are amazing! For thirty years I suffered with tooth loss that directly affected my ability to eat. It also affected my self-esteem. I found Dr. Ross through my wife via her Facebook account and I said to her "what could a consult hurt?" So we booked an appointment got educated of the procedure by Dr.Ross. Dr. Ross also suggested financial companies that he has worked with, with success to other patients. I chose one and qulaified, three weeks later I had the schefuled surgery. The whole time in the dental chair I was comfortable, slightly oblivious and pain free. The atmosphere was family minded and happy, professional and courteous. Dr. Ross and his team are great! The team is very friendly and communicative. They make scheduling easy. Both my wife and I have received invisible aligners here and the process was fantastic. Despite being out of network for our insurance (Aetna), we've had absolutely no issues with any insurance payments. I cannot recommend this place enough!

No matter who you see for a hygienist, you will get a thorough and comfortable cleaning. Dr. Ross is gentle, caring, and listens to your concerns without rush.
