I have both my left eye w/cateract surgery completed on 1/22/26. I have another R eye cateract surgery end Feb 2026 scheduled. I have been so nervous, frighten from before the time i had my first consultation in November but every person i spoke with from front desk consultants clinical team to surgeon have ben extremely profesional, kind, took exceptional time to discuss and answer and reasure me about each step. I must give a huge thanks to Tiffany 1st consult, i was crying with fear and alot anxiety and she showed so much care, concern, her calls just so very kind and cared. When i left her office still sobbing she came to sit down and take extra time to be sure and re asure I would be ok. I also blessed and thankful for the doctors, especially anesthesiaologist and Dr. Scooper whom

Excellent experience. Dr Paladino and all of the staff at Harbour View take very good care of you. Everyone is very meticulous in dotting the eyes and crossing the t's. Surgery went flawless and my eyesight in my right eye is as good as when I was a teenager. Looking forward to going back to get the left eye done. Highly recommend.

Doctor Pittner is excellent and the staff were also very good from the exception desk to the nurses and anesthesiologist! I received a follow up call from Dr Cheezum he was professional caring and answered all of my questions.The information for after care was clear and easy to follow. The day of cataract surgery, I was called right away to sign the final paperwork. Then called for the surgery within minutes. Everyone was very professional and nice as well as caring. All details were explained. Dr. Cheezum called the next day as scheduled and answered all of my questions. I’m very pleased so far and am scheduled for the other eye in a few weeks.

The staff members I had interaction with were comforting and caring. Doctor Cheezum followed up with me the day after surgery. He is pleasant and I felt he genuinely cared about how I was doing. I will have my second eye done in two weeks.
