The service and lack of professionalism at this office is unbelievable. From the very moment I walked into this office and explained that I was here for a yearly exam and would like to have my eyes dilated so that I was able to keep the warranty on the Laski surgery that had been done 8 years ago, the Dr. had an attitude telling me that I had wasted money and my time having the surgery. I explained that all I need him to do was to dilate my eyes and complete the form from the Laski Institute, he wouldn't perform the dilation that day had to schedule another appointment. On the second appointment again his attitude was very unprofessional as well as his staff, upon completion of appointment they wouldn't file on my insurance, so I ask for the bill and so that I could file it myself.
