Real life Little Shop Of Horrors! This is the lowest-rated dentist’s office in Buffalo for a reason! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I Went here because it was the only place I could find that was accepting new patients in a short waiting period. In retrospect, that should’ve been the first sign. It really shows that they take no pride in the place they work and the “care” you will end up receiving here will ultimately reflect as such. You will wait well over an hour to be seen on one of the chairs that are ripped and stained. The receptionist is derelict and you will overhear her and the hygienists talking about other patients and making rude comments. You’d think instead someone would dust off the surfaces maybe clean the windows or even toss the old and ripped up pre

My daughter is very happy with the care here. The staff has been excellent and helpful! Her dental needs are finally being taken care of promptly and with professionalism that can not be accomplished in Chautauqua county. Thank you so very much!!!

My absolute favorite dentist! I always feel comfortable here getting oral care for myself. Thomas Keohane has done a fantastic job at filling my cavities and at performing a root canal with excellent crown fitting for me. Staff does a great job at cleaning my teeth as well. I really feel like family here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They cancel your appointment that you’ve been waiting for for MONTHS every single time ON THE DAY OF AN HOUR BEFORE. Dr. Keohane is rude, fixed the wrong tooth, rescheduled and CANCELED THE DAY OF AGAIN. He way over numbs, did a sloppy filling thats way too high!! When I questioned why he was numbing my right side he gave me an attitude then said he can’t do the other side because he didn’t want to numb my whole mouth!!! I waited since APRIL for an appointment to get cancelled BOTH TIMES then had the wrong tooth fixed! He needs to be investigated! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.

Today was my 2nd appointment and is the 1st time I meet the Dr. And at 1st I was scare because of the reviews but this is the only office that is accepting 1st time patients.. Receptionist is polite young lady that took xrays very nice and the Dr, explain each step he was about to do, make sure I wasn't in pain. So no complaint from me at all specially since is the1st time i go to a dentist and i dont leave with pain. Bendiciones to everyone.
