He didn't seem nearly as concerned about what I thought may have caused the sudden vision changes as the urgent care doc I saw was. The vision changes have persisted for over 3 years at this point. He thought it was allergies even though I made it clear I was concerned about a chemical exposure. And it took me 2 weeks to get in to see him(an optometrist) after calling the mercy optholomology clinic. His staff was nice though. Edit: I reached out but haven't heard back yet, not even a confirmation email. If you're reading this, they haven't responded yet.

Husband had a bad eye injury, we went to urgent care first and was sent to Dr. Jones, last minute, he got us right in and helped with the pain, the whole staff was very attentive and we were in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Dr. Jones😊 they also called before closing that day to check on him, we are very grateful 🙏
