Dr. Lamattina is a wonderful cardiologist. He listens well and explains clearly what is happening and what the choices are. He became my cardiologist in 2001 when I had a heart attack. A stent was placed at that time. In 2015 when I had chest pains again, he and his staff responded quickly, professionally and with great care. A double bypass was performed and since then I've been doing great. I highly recommend Dr. Lamattina and his team.

I was referred here by Acton Medical since I needed a month long halter monitor. My first (and only) visit there, I went in for the Echocardiogram, which was performed by a nurse. My health insurance wouldn't cover the halter monitor, so I had to pay for it out of pocket (which was very expensive) and got it mailed to me from CardioNet. After a month of calling in events on a daily basis, I mailed it back to them and waited for the results from Dr. Lamattina's office. They called me and the receptionist said that I didn't even need to come in to review the results with him, because they were "unremarkable".
