I think the therapist and the assistance are all great. I would’ve recommended them in a heartbeat. But I’m about two months out from my last Appointment and I received the bill that personally shocked me. I guess my insurance company only does a certain number of visits a year and we exceeded that and after speaking with my insurance company and the Secretary at the office, she basically told me that she is supposed to keep up with that but when it comes down to it, it’s my responsibility to make sure I know my insurance and how many visits I have done. So now I have paid almost the same amount for three visits over that I paid for 25!
