I must tell you immediately this is NOT a review of their treatment or Physical Therapy services because I never had treatment there. This is only a review and criticism about their POLICY NOT to take credit cards (they accept ONLY cash or check) - if I have to spend almost $1,000 on physical therapy, I need to pay by card, it's as simple as that. 6 weeks of therapy at $50 a shot (copay), three times a week - that's a lot of money and I don't have that lying around in cash. To be told it's because there's a lot of credit card fraud around is a PATHETIC excuse - just be honest and say they don't want to take credit cards because of the fees the card companies charge.
