Arlene is an excellent massage therapist. Really helped take the ouch out of the ailments I have. She is friendly without being effusive (she is knowledgeable on many subjects) and knows the right massage method to bring about relief. Nice to be close by and appointments are always very satisfying.

I have been having a lot of health issues for a couple years now. A lot of little things but they got in the way of my quality of life.
